1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing and using Gitlandia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

   Permission is granted to use Gitlandia for hosting and collaborating on public and private source code repositories, subject to the following conditions:

   • This license may be terminated if you violate these restrictions
   • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

3. User Accounts

   Your Gitlandia account provides you access to the materials provided on the site, such as file repositories, pull requests, discussions, etc. If you lose access to your account, you may use our account-recovery procedures such as "Forgot Password" or submit a support ticket.

   You are responsible for actions taken using your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, submit a support ticket immediately.

4. Repository Content

   You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content that you submit to your repositories. By submitting content, you grant Gitlandia the right to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

   You may not use Gitlandia:

   • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
   • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
   • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
   • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
   • To submit false or misleading information

6. Service Availability

   We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

   Customers who would like a Service Level Agreement (SLA) may purchase one by contacting our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall Gitlandia, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
